Monday we will begin 4x4@90% on Power Clean to include 2 auxillaries with clean/press and Bent over Rows. We will then move outside to work Quarterback Foot work on Quick Game movement
Tuesday 4x4@90% on Incline and Squat only. We will then move outside to do a Screen Game dril.
Thursday we will be outside the whole period. 20 minutes of agility drills, stretch, 25 minutes of individual work to include Mesh work on 38/39 and draw work. 15 min. of run hull/pass hull and finish off with 15 min of Team Work
Friday - 4x4 @ 90% on Bench Press to include 2 auxillaries of sitting shoulder press and upright rows/ Dips. Finish with 10 min on grass for Team Work. |
